Pink Out Mahoning Valley!

A free music festival honors cancer survivors and remembers lost loved ones. Bring lawn chairs/blankets, coolers, snacks and refreshments. The event is hosted by Sheila Kroll-Dickenson, Brenda Rider and Meet Virginia, with performances by Solo Sixstring, Rachell Joy, Untamed Band and Diane Drapcho.

Fall Anniversary Event

Come celebrate the 10th-anniversary event of the Amish Market. Take part in family fun, vendor specials and seasonal foods.

Boardman Rotary Oktoberfest

The 47th annual Boardman Rotary Oktoberfest is the area’s largest one-day arts and crafts event drawing vendors from five states. There is a $5 admission fee for adults and children 12 and over. There is free parking available on the west side of the park, accessible through the Southern Boulevard Entrance. Limited offsite parking is also available with a shuttle service from the Southwoods parking lot, located just south of the park on Southern Boulevard.

Kufleitner Auto Group presents its 4th annual Trunk or Treat! Free admission. Please join us for tons of candy and fun! Halloween Finale

Come out and join us for the last Halloween party at St. Michael’s Hall. A night of fun featuring Old Skool Band, a costume contest, mummy wrap and enter a raffle to win a stay at Geneva on the Lake. The funds raised selling raffle tickets will go toward Ethan’s Heart Bags4Blessings. Event tickets are $40 per person and can be purchased through Eventbrite here. Fall Harvest Weekends at White House Fruit Farm

Fall activities will be available at the farm, including horse-drawn wagon rides, music on the lawn, food vendors, a petting zoo, pony and unicorn rides and pick-your-own Zinnias and sunflowers. For full hours of operations and costs, go to White House Fruit Farm’s website. Activities are subject to change during inclement weather.

New Springfield

Maze Craze Corn Maze

Get rolling and get lost in over 23 acres of corn at Maze Craze! This year’s maze design is Pinocchio, featuring four mazes with four different interactive games. Find all 18 checkpoints and become a maze master, play farm scene investigation, play farm tracks, and an all-new game for the 2023 design. There’s also a “Kiddie Zip” zipline and the “Cornzooka” cannon. Hayrides are available Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to dusk. The cost is $12 for all four mazes.

Season runs from Sept. 15 through Nov. 5

Rocky Horror Picture Show: Trivia & Craft Night

Haunted hayrides are from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Non-haunted hayrides are from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. The cost is $8 for the haunted rides and $4 for the non-haunted ones. Cash only.

The hayrides will be happening every Saturday from Sept. 30 to Oct. 21.

Free Indoor Trick or Treat

Saturday, Oct. 28 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 4453 Warren-Sharon Rd. The church invites you to join them for the 12th annual Trick or Treat event. Canfield Cross Country would like to invite you to Crosstoberfest! The event will benefit the Cross Country teams as well as help Big Boosters raise money for the Girls Locker Room Fundraiser. This October is Old-Fashioned Christmas in the Woods’ 29th year of hosting attendees from across the country at Shaker Woods. In a manicured, wooded setting, juried costumed crafters will have their booths decorated in an old-fashioned holiday theme. The exhibitors will demonstrate their crafts and sell a wide selection of handmade holiday items, as well as traditional crafts. Admission is $10 for adults, children 12 and under are free.
